BenchMark understands the differences in your rugs and the unique care that each rug demands. To make sure that your rug is restored to the best possible condition we follow this unique process:

STEP 1: Pre-Inspection - For soiling and stains, tears and damage in order to prepare a condition report so you know exactly what to expect.
STEP 2: Dry Soil Removal – Your rug will be “dusted” both front & back, removing damaging soil and harmful allergens from deep within your rug’s fibers.
STEP 3: Pre-Condition – Your rug will be pre-treated with cleaning agents for your fiber & soil type.
STEP 4: Pre-Spot & Fringe Preparation – The fringe & any difficult spots will be pre-treated with specialized spotting & cleaning solutions.
STEP 5: Hand Cleaning – Your rug is cleaned with our BioCare™ Fine Rug Shampoo to remove deeply embedded soil.
STEP 6: Wash & Rinse – Your rug is rinsed with extraction equipment on both sides or washed in our Rug Spa™.
STEP 7: Speed Dry - Your rug is dried flat or hung to dry in a humidity controlled environment drying room.
STEP 8: Finishing - Your rug is combed and finished with soft groomers.
STEP 9: Post Inspection – Your rug is given a final inspection. If for any reason, we find any aspect of our service has failed this rigorous examination, your rug is sent back through the ENTIRE process again, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
STEP 10: Pick-up or delivery - Your newly restored rug is now ready for your pick-up or delivery to you.
