24/7 Water Damage Restoration

If you have a flood in your home or business, fast action is the key to minimizing damage that often gets worse by the minute. Whether your house or office has suffered from flooding, water leaks, burst or frozen pipes, hot water heater or washing machine leaks or even sewage backups, Benchmark Restoration & Cleaning is prepared to restore your property quickly, completely and cost-effectively.

Quick Action

Water damage does not get better on its own. Immediately wood begins to swell, sheetrock begins to hold moisture and your contents are quickly damaged. Within hours mold, fungi and bacteria begin to grow quickly leading to extensive secondary damage if left untreated. Restoration must begin immediately and the longer it is delayed the greater the damage and the longer it will take to get your home, business and life running smoothly again.

Peace of Mind

Water damage in your home, business or rental property, often your most valuable assets, can be very upsetting. BenchMark Restoration experienced, trained and certified Structural Drying Professionals, bring a quiet calm to this difficult time. Our specialists have years of experience restoring your property to its pre-loss condition quickly and efficiently with a minimum of post-drying repairs. Our focus is restoring your life to normal by drying your structure as quickly as possible while preventing secondary damage, including mold growth, and preventing costly repairs and reconstruction.

Processes & Protocols

When you call BenchMark Restoration, our experienced crews will rush to your emergency prepared to begin the mitigation immediately.

• First we survey the extent of the damage so you know exactly what will be required to restore your home, business or rental. A complete moisture inspection, including Psychrometric Readings, will be performed.
• Stabilize the environment by extracting the water. Flooded basements, crawlspaces, carpet, pad and even hardwood are all extracted, eliminating the standing water and preventing secondary damage.
• Begin drying the structure. Large commercial dehumidifiers, air movers, wall, floor and crawlspace drying equipment will be installed to remove any remaining “bound water.” Containment barriers will be set up as needed. The damp air is removed and fresh, warm, dry air is circulated to dry your structure as quickly as possible.
• Your insurance company and adjuster will be kept apprised of the progress and provided with all required documentation as may be required for the expedited processing of your claim.
• We monitor the drying process and establish a drying benchmark using Psychrometric tools. The moisture content of the walls, floors and any other affected areas are compared with the drying benchmark to track progress and adjustments in equipment and techniques used.
• Carpet and padding are reinstalled as needed, and any damaged items are replaced. All surfaces are cleaned, sanitized and the factory protectant is reapplied as needed.
• A final inspection, including all moisture readings, is performed with you, guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.
